How to Order
- Browse through the website and pick your favourite article.
- You can search as per categories or View All for browsing the entire range.
- Every product has description and special discounted pricing information.
- If you like to order a particular product , click add to cart.
- Similarly click add to cart on all products you wish to purchase.
- Once you are done shopping, click on checkout page.
- Fill in the details and make payments using credit card, debit card or other options available.
- Once the payment is made, you will get a email confirming the order details.
- Once the order is shipped you will receive a sms.
- The goods should reach within the time specified.
- The goods should reach within 3-6 days.
All products on idfc Brandstore come with standard packing. In case you would like Gift Wrapping for your order please choose Giftwrapping at checkout. Your order would then be processed with standard Gift wrapping.
Return Refund & Cancellation
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us including taxes and shipping cost.
- All Replacements & Refund case is considered within 15 days after date of delivery. Not applicable on fragrances & Vouchers.
Received something faulty?
- If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to refund the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Refund will be done through online mode in 5 working days. Return can be made within 48 hours of the order received.
Registration once done cannot be cancelled.
